Imovie research and Understanding of the software.

I have researched how to use I movie which will be the software on the apple computers, in which we will use to be able to edit our preliminary work, and create our final trailer. I feel I will be able to include accurate editing, lighting can be changed, a soundtrack will be easily included.
I know the certain controls that will be used to create the edits and change the format of my video.
